• A personal meeting (in person or over a video call)
  
  

• Time spent listening to your stories and memories
  
  

• Writing a fully personalised ceremony
  
  

• Liaising with your funeral director
  
  

• A draft copy of the ceremony for your approval
  
  

• Leading the ceremony on the day
  
  

• A presentation copy of the script to keep, if you would like one
